ADMU and GT Capital to build new campus in Cavite by 2030

Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) and GT Capital Holdings Incorporated are partnering to establish a new ADMU campus in Riverpark, General Trias City, Cavite, by 2030.

The new campus will be located within Riverpark, a township development owned by GT Capital's subsidiary, Federal Land.

ADMU president Roberto Yap stated the expansion aims to bring Jesuit education closer to learners and families in Cavite and nearby provinces.

GT Capital vice chair Alfred Ty emphasized the presence of the Jesuit university will strengthen Cavite's educational landscape and reflects a commitment to sustainable value.

Riverpark is designed as a mixed-use estate that will also feature developments such as SM City General Trias and a UNIQLO Logistics Facility.

Residents will benefit from improved accessibility by 2026 with direct access to the Cavite-Laguna Expressway.
