Meean Dy appointed first female president and CEO of Ayala Land

Anna Ma. Margarita "Meean" Dy has been appointed as the new president and CEO of Ayala Land, effective October 1, marking the first time a woman will lead the company.

She succeeds Bernard Vincent O. Dy, who retired after serving as president and CEO for over nine years and being with the firm for 26 years.

Bernard Vincent O. Dy will become a senior advisor to ALI Chairman Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala starting October 1.

Dy has been with Ayala Land for 18 years, holding positions such as executive vice president and chief operating officer since April 26, 2023.

Throughout her career at Ayala Land, Dy has been instrumental in launching significant projects like BGC, Nuvali, Vertis, and Arca South.

She has also led various business groups including residential, malls, offices, and hotels and resorts.

Dy's academic background includes a magna cum laude degree in Economics from Ateneo De Manila University, a Master's degree in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
