Anna DeBeer explodes for 37 points in Zus Coffee debut win

Zus Coffee import Anna DeBeer had an explosive debut with 37 points, leading the Thunderbelles to a four-set victory against Chery Tiggo in the PVL Reinforced Conference.

DeBeer's 37 points were comprised of 35 attacks, one block, and one ace, complemented by 14 receptions, contributing to her team's 1-0 standing in Pool B.

This was DeBeer's first game in the Philippines, as her supposed debut last Tuesday against Akari was nullified due to ITC issues.

She was just one point shy of matching the season-high 38 hits scored by Farm Fresh's Helene Rousseaux.

AC Miner provided 13 points for Zus Coffee, while Chery Tiggo saw significant contributions from reinforcement Yuni Batista with 22 points and Ara Galang with 15 markers.
