Despite a convincing win over China, Alas Pilipinas remains focused on their upcoming match against Hong Kong and views each game as an opportunity for improvement.

Rhose Almendralejo was the top scorer against China with 23 points, supported by Sam Cantada and Harlyn Serneche who contributed 10 points each.

The team sustained its winning ways by sweeping Hong Kong on Friday night, securing a 2-1 record in Pool F.

Rising star Sam Cantada shone in the sweep with 14 points, while Rhose Almendralejo added nine points.

Alas Pilipinas will face Chinese Taipei in the quarterfinals on Sunday.
