AEV invests in new Coca-Cola plant in Tarlac

Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. (AEV) is bolstering the local economy through its investment in a new Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP) manufacturing plant in Tarlac City.

This state-of-the-art, 42-hectare facility, located at TARI Estate, represents a significant advancement in AEV's commitment to fostering growth and innovation in the country.

As a 40 percent shareholder in CCEAP, AEV views this project as a key step in its evolution as the Philippines' first techglomerate, integrating its essential businesses with technology-driven investments.

AEV president and CEO Sabin Aboitiz highlighted that the plant will be one of CCEP's largest globally and a major infrastructure investment, promising substantial benefits including job creation, the attraction of related industries, and contributions to the Philippines' GDP.

Aboitiz emphasized that this venture solidifies the partnership with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and positions Central Luzon as a prime location for future industrial expansion in the Philippines.
