Lawyer says Curlee Discaya will attend next Senate Blue Ribbon hearing

DPWH officials Engr. Jaypee D. Mendoza from the Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office and Engr. Juanito C. Mendoza from the same office are also required to attend.
Former Bulacan 1st district assistant engineer Brice Ericson Hernandez was also subpoenaed.
Pacifico Discaya's companies reportedly secured PHP31 billion in flood control projects between 2022 and 2025.
