8 nabbed in anti-drug ops in Caloocan, Malabon

Anti-drug operatives of the Northern Police District arrested eight individuals in simultaneous operations across Caloocan and Malabon cities.

In Caloocan City, four suspects identified by aliases "Kosa," "Bekbek," "Malou," and "Cris" were apprehended in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 18.

Authorities seized approximately 50 grams of suspected shabu in five small heat-sealed plastic sachets from the Caloocan suspects.

Kosa, a 47-year-old tricycle driver, is allegedly Bekbek's brother, while Malou, 46, and Cris, 45, a pedicab driver, are live-in partners believed to be the main suppliers in South Caloocan.

Bekbek is reportedly Kosa's sister, and the live-in partners are believed to be the main suppliers of illegal drugs in South Caloocan.

In Malabon City, operatives conducted a buy-bust operation in Barangay Tugatog.
