The Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong verified that another overseas Filipino worker contracted the virus.

The newly infected Filipino is currently in isolation in a hospital, asymptomatic, and undergoing tests.

The two previously infected Filipinos in Hong Kong have recovered and are expected to be discharged soon.

All three Filipinos are believed to have contracted the virus from their employers.

As of Wednesday, Hong Kong has reported 102 confirmed cases of COVID-19, with two deaths.

Globally, over 3,200 deaths and 93,000 infections have been reported across 81 countries.
