2 teens killed in ultralight plane crash in Tarlac

Residents reported seeing the plane in the air before it crashed in Barangay Panaliciscan.

The victims, who sustained serious physical injuries, were residents of Macabebe, Pampanga and were declared dead on arrival at the Concepcion District Hospital.
