15 fishermen rescued off Palau after boat capsizes

Their motorized banca, MBCA RGJ-1A, was hit by huge waves and sank on February 18 while they were fishing east of Surigao.

The rescued fishermen were transferred to the Philippine Coast Guard's BRP Tubbataha and brought to Makar wharf.
