11 dead in typhoons Mirasol and Nando, Marcos Jr. satisfied with PH preparedness

Seven of the fatalities were reported in Sta. Ana, Cagayan, after a fishing boat carrying 13 fishermen from Aurora capsized.

Six of the fishermen were rescued by the Philippine Coast Guard, and the Department of Social Welfare and Development is providing psychosocial support to the survivors.
